Creative food design has been a passion and a significant part of my life. Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years my experience covers many arrears in the food sector from menu design to creative food design, private chef for hire, stock control, project management.
I specialise in location based cooking across the Northwest of England. I have trained over the years in many different cuisines, most European menu styles although my specialties are African & Caribbean food.
Over the years i have become a leading food specialist in the African food sector, providing and consulting on many projects in this food sector with influences from my Nigerian background
